I can see a CREATOR OWNER entry in Security for some folders (such as c:\, c:\windows, c:\windows\system32) but not others (such as c:\documents and settings\MyUserName). I haven't seen a CREATOR OWNER entry in Security for any system or user-created files.

Nothing happens when I click the tiles, even when run as admin. Possibly because the file object does not define a creator or owner, but instead is owned by the system itself (builtin\administrators). The "group or user names" list only specifies a list of groups and users that have access to the file, but not a creator specifically.
